Founded and led by Pierre Munier, World Cocktail Champion 2025 (Cartagena de Indias, Colombia) — a title France had not won in 43 years — and two-time French Cocktail Champion, Elite Bar Solutions is today driven by a truly unique career in the profession. Pierre is also a 2026 finalist for the Un des Meilleurs Ouvriers de France competition, Bartender category — one of France's most prestigious craft titles.
His vision: a cocktail is not an assembly of ingredients, but a true liquid gastronomy. Trained as a chef before dedicating himself to the bar, he brings a demanding standard for raw ingredients, seasonality and culinary technique that redefines what a cocktail can be — notably through his reinvention of the wine-and-cocktail pairing.
