We met him at his home in the Lot-et-Garonne countryside, where he develops his recipes like a Michelin-starred chef. Pierre doesn't just innovate, he invents. Crowned world cocktail champion last November in Colombia, Pierre Munier is now in demand worldwide. But the Vosges native maintains a deep attachment to Gérardmer, the town where he began his culinary training before moving into front-of-house and then bar work. His career path has inspired him to share his knowledge and expertise.

Pierre Munier won the 2025 World Cocktail Championship in Cartagena, Colombia, organized by the IBA. This historic victory puts France back on top of the world stage, 43 years after Alain Nevers' triumph in 1982. The bartender prevailed against competitors from 65 nations.

The world cocktail champion has been running Elite Bar Solutions, an international consulting firm based in Bordeaux and Paris, since June 2025.
